Who is Cam?

I fell in love with photography in high school, though in many ways I’ve been taking “mental pictures” my whole life. When I first picked up a camera, I had no idea what I was doing. I just knew it would be a journey filled with lessons, triumphs, setbacks, and endless memories. What I’ve learned along the way is the power of observation plays such a key role. Slow down. Take in the moment. Be aware of my surroundings.

Those same values guide my photography. For years it was just a hobby, only taking photos here and there. Now my goal is to consistently capture and share authentic moments that tell stories, preserve memories, and showcase the beauty of our natural world. I want my work not only to reflect my growth as an artist, but also to inspire appreciation and protection of the Earth and the life on it.

Many of the photos you see will be from the past, but I happy to finally share them with the world, as well as my new work. This is the journey I’m on, and I invite you to be part of it. If you’re just passing through, thank you for taking the time to stop by.
